    European Network for the Investigation of Gender Incongruence
    De ENIGI-ENDO studie kijkt naar relatief korte termijn effecten (tot 3 jaar) van hormonen op tal van lichaamsprocessen en op subjectieve gevoelens. Uitkomstmaten zijn onder andere botdichtheid, lichaamssamenstelling, vetstofwisseling, borstontwikkeling en stemming. Voor het design van de studie, zie het artikel van Dekker et al. JSM 2016. De ENIGI-ENDO wordt uitgevoerd in nauwe samenwerking met centra in Gent, Florence en Oslo.

    General Practice Database - Amsterdam, North-Holland, Almere
    The Academic Network of General Practice Amsterdam, North-Holland and Almere (AWH-ANHA) is a so-called academic collaborative center between the department of general practice at Amsterdam UMC and general practices and their care organisations in Amsterdam, Diemen-Zuid, Haarlem and Almere. An asset of this collaboration is the General Practice Database (GPD-ANHA), which contains longitudinal routine care data extracted from the electronic medical records (EMRs) of patients in the participating general practices. These data can conditionally be used for research and quality of care purposes. The GPD-ANHA contains pseudonymised data of all patients (>600,000) of the 144 participating general practices , except for those patients who object to their data being used for these purposes.
